What is your refund policy?

By law, customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days. This 14-day period begins on the day the item in question has been delivered to you or to a third party you have indicated. In case you would like to return multiple items from the same order and these were delivered separately, the 14-day period begins on the day of the last delivered item.

In case of digital products, such as Warranty Extensions, the period starts immediately after the order confirmation.

Please note the following:

  • The customer is responsible for the return of the product and the associated shipping cost.
  • The product should be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals.
  • Physical damage and/or physical modifications will void the return policy of any Acer product. All physically damaged merchandise will be returned to the customer and the return policy will be null and void.
  • Refunds/credits will not be issued until Acer has received your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) and processed it accordingly. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing once we receive your return.
  • Please be advised that obtaining an RMA number does not extend your Return or Exchange time period.
  • We will not be able to refund you in case we don’t receive the item in question and you are unable to provide evidence for sending it back.

I have changed my mind about a product and I would like to return it. What should I do?
  1. Please contact Acer Store’s Customer Care in order to submit a product return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number before sending back your product. Products arriving without an RMA number will not receive credit and will be returned to the customer.
  2. Once having submitted your request for a product return, you will receive an email with a personalized label that you can print and place on your shipment box. Depending on the case, the email might not include a label, but it will provide clear instructions of how to mark the box.
  3. The Acer product should be still in its original Acer packaging including all accessories and manuals. If possible, place the original Acer packaging in the initial brown box in which the product was delivered to you. In case the initial brown box is not available anymore or the product you wish to return was a part of a larger order and the brown box is too big, please make sure to send back the product in a way which protects both the Acer product and its original Acer packaging. Physical damage and/or physical modifications will void the return policy of any Acer product. All physically damaged merchandise will be returned to the customer and the return policy will be null and void.
  4. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product.
  5. Once we receive the returned Acer product and we don’t identify any damages, we will fully refund the cost of the product within 7-10 business days.

We will not be able to refund you in case we don’t receive the item in question and you are unable to provide evidence for sending it back.

How do I cancel my order?
You have 30 minutes to cancel your order from the time the order is submitted. To cancel your order, you must necessarily contact our Customer Care at 0371 760 1020 (local charges apply) between 9am and 5:30pm.

Please note that cancellation requests submitted via email, during the weekend, or outside business hours may not be processed before the product ships.

When will I get refunded for a product which I sent back?
In case there are no issues with the product which you sent back, we will refund you within 7 - 10 business days after receiving the product.
