When is my order going to be processed?
While you can place your order any time of the day or night, please note that it can take up to 2 working days to process it depending on the weekday and time when it was placed. For example, if you have placed your order on a Friday afternoon, it will most probably not get shipped before Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning. What is my order status?

What payment methods can I use?

You can use one of the following payment methods:

  • Maestro
  • Mastercard
  • PayPal
  • Visa

During the checkout process our servers encrypt all information submitted and we do not save it anywhere. This also means that your credit card number is never fully visible to our Customer Care agents who are only able to see the last 4 digits for payment identification purposes.

Should I use spaces or dashes when I enter my credit card number?
No. Please enter your credit card number without any spaces or special characters. It should be entered as a continuous string of numbers.

Does my billing address have to match the address on file with my credit card?
Yes. For credit card verification you must enter your billing address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.

Why is my credit card being rejected?

When will my credit card be charged?
For purchases of physical products, you won't be charged until your product has shipped. This includes any pre-ordered or backordered products. If your items are shipped separately, you will be charged each time a product is shipped.

For purchases of non-physical goods you will be charged once our system generates the digital content or any code permitting you to access any service.

How will the charge show up on my credit card?

Acer Inc. has selected ModusLink Global Solutions to be the authorised reseller and merchant of the products and services offered on the Acer Store. Your credit card statement will indicate a purchase from ModusLink *Acer.

Do I have to pay VAT or any other taxes for my order?
All prices shown on the Acer Store include VAT and any other applicable taxes to each product.

Shipping cost is applicable to orders with a total product value below £40. All costs displayed in the cart include VAT.

Before placing your order, during the Order Review step of the checkout process you will be able to review all items that will be charged, including the total tax applicable to the order.

How do I get a copy of my invoice?

You will receive your invoice automatically via email. If you do not receive an email containing the invoice you can request a copy by contacting our Customer Care.
